A deeply holistic session where we explore your physical, emotional and energetic health. Bo will look at your current symptoms, health history, lifestyle and intuitive patterns to uncover the root of imbalance. You will receive a personalised herbal protocol, nutritional guidance, and suggestions for integrating nature-based healing into your daily life.

Follow-Up Consultation
A supportive check-in to assess your progress, adjust your herbal protocol (if necessary) and continue guiding your healing journey. These sessions are a space to reflect, ask questions and deepen your connection with plant medicine.

I liked how there was a mix of recommendations that addressed not only natural medicines (herbs, essential oils), but also lifestyle and diet changes that I could easily incorporate into my life.
